Dr. Boyd, the primary of the CDBoyd LLC, has over sixteen years of experience in mediation and organizational development consulting in non-profits, UN-accredited global socio-economical development NGOs and IGOs, and educational programs. Exceptional strategist and applying tactics in planning, development, and operational processes. Expertise in attaining short and long-term operational goals as well as developing organizations to ensure future growth. Proficient in directing personnel and managing projects in multi-site and global locations. He is a proven and sought-after leader and teacher, focused on equipping people for the work they are passionately called to execute. Dr. Boyd's particular capacities include:
